Holiday Season Delivery Time Frames
The lead up to the holiday season is arguably one of the busiest times of the year and we want to make sure your order arrives at your doorstep on time.
Please see below for our recommended delivery time frames.
Metro – Place your order by 2 pm on the 20th of December.
Rural – Place your order by 2 pm on the 18th of December.
Please note: Shipping times are a guideline only and cannot be guaranteed based on possible courier delivery issues, or any other unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond the control of SUBTYPE.

SUBTYPE aims to deliver your order within 2-7 business days to almost anywhere in Australia.
We do our best to ensure that your order is processed within 24 hours of being received. Please note that all orders are dispatched the next business day (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays).

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can track your order here.If you have an account with us, you will be able to view the status of your order online when you log into your account.

Do you deliver anywhere in Australia?
We deliver to any address in Australia. Please ensure you double-check that you have entered the correct address upon checking out.

Click & Collect

What is Click & Collect and how does it work?
Click and Collect allows you to purchase shoes online and head directly into the store to pick them up.
Simply add the product to our cart and follow through to the checkout. Once you enter your details, there will be a field that allows you to select ‘Click & Collect’.
Once your order is placed, our in-store team will be notified and they’ll proceed with packing your order. Once it’s ready, we’ll send you an email letting you know that your order is ready to be collected. Please ensure that you bring along your order confirmation and photo I.D to collect your order.If you need to nominate someone other than yourself to collect the order, we require prior contact with our Customer Experience team. We may request to see the credit card used or speak to the cardholder at any stage. The nominee will also be required to show a form of I.D.

Why is Click & Collect showing as ‘unavailable’?
Click & Collect is only available if you are within the radius of the store. If this option does not appear then, unfortunately, we are unable to offer Click & Collect. However, we do offer express delivery to almost anywhere in Australia.

How do I return a Click & Collect order?
You can simply return to your store of collection if you have changed your mind about your recent click and collect purchase. Keep in mind, we can't refund PayPal orders in-store. You are also welcome to post your Click & Collect order back to us for return.
